32-Team FHM Discord Sim League looking for new GMs!

FHM Lovers!

If you love FHM and you love a fast moving league that takes a realistic approach to running a team in the NHL, then this league is for you!

The National Sim League (NSL) has 32 GMs and is currently in the 2028-29 season, just about to reach the trade deadline, with seasons taking an average of two weeks to run.

Our entire roster move process in the league is automated via use of Google Forms that link directly to a spreadsheet that contains data on the league and all 32 teams.

Our contract negotiation process is second to none as it has human agents who negotiate on behalf of the players, creating organic bad contracts over time and forcing GMs to strategically act like a real GM. This system is unique as it does not incorporate the in-game contract system, allowing for more immersion, mistakes, and realism.

We have an automated injury system that incorporates injuries after every sim, requiring GMs to manage their roster and make injury replacements, encouraging that attention is actually paid towards depth in an organization.

Currently, we have 3 teams open for jobs: The Anaheim Ducks, a young team full of talent just trying to break through led by a 20-year old Jaxon Jacobson. The Winnipeg Jets, for one with the rebuilders touch as an aging and overpaid core needs to be replaced, but they do have last seasons #1 pick, Ty Kerby, a big and defensively elite center ready to sign from college at seasons end. And lastly the Carolina Hurricanes, a former multi-time presidents trophy winner who have been neglected and declined, but do hold the player development darling of the league, Seth Jarvis, who is now 5/5 on a bargain contract.
