Player movements between 2 custom leagues
Why is there so little Trade/Transfers between 2 fictional leagues?
like i set up a major league and a pro/rel leagues(no tier 2 below) in custom save, and the players only change leagues by free transfers! |

The same as their are no transfers between del and nhl.
