Is it possible to go back to a prior season to find a box score?
I wanted to review a couple of box scores from a playoff series in the British Isles Baseball League, but cannot figure out how to get there at all.

Not really enough info to go on, but I'd start with checking a folder that is named something like this:
C:\Users\[you]\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 24\saved_games\[the_name_of_your_saved_game].lg\news\html\box_scores |

Box scores & play-by-play logs are deleted when you start the next season.
At that point, the only way you can view them is if you have a backup of the save or if you've run an almanac for that season. |

IOW, if you start your game with, say, the 1974 season and have then advanced to opening day 1975 but have yet to play any 1975 games, then all of your 1974 boxscores will be there. If you then play the first day of the 1975 season - and let's say there were 4 games on opening day - then the files named game_box_1.html thru ....4.html will have been overwritten with your 1975 boxscores. But all of the other boxscores from the 1974 season will be there. And then each day, as you progress, those boxes will continue to get overwritten... Something like that... The easiest way to find out if you have any boxscores from previous seasons is to go to the folder I mentioned above, sort on Date Modified, and then start scanning your oldest boxscores. In one of my previous games I found a bunch found a bunch of boxes from long-ago seasons... In another, I couldn't find any... Maybe the OP will get lucky |
