Team Harmony
What attribute affects a player being able to stay out of trouble off the ice? I've bumped up player management/discipline in the GM ratings and looked at players scouting reports and players that should stay out trouble, are still getting in trouble off ice. I had a rookie that got in trouble before his first game even though it stated he gets along with everyone. It's really frustrating dealing with a feature that ends up creating civil wars on my team, which isn't realistic. Hopefully there's an option to turn off Team Harmony in FHM 10.

I love the inclusion of this feature, as it is def a factor in real life, but it doesn't feel fully fleshed out or balanced. What I mean by balanced is that one incident could crush a teams season, and there is not much I can do to anticipate it before, or placate it after. The Intervene feature was a step in the right direction but doesn't do enough IMO. Of course the danger is going to far the other way and making resolutions so easy that the incidents are all but meaningless.
I think some in-team discipline options would help. Right now if a major incident happens, I often just cut/release the player at fault, and it helps, but that's not always an option. If there were options to fine or internally suspend players it might feel like you have more options when dealing with locker room issues. |

Agreed, but if there's a specific attribute that directly affects the likelihood of an off ice incident then I want that attribute to be visible for FHM 10 and I have a feeling it's the hidden attribute Controversy.
