Yeah, it's a lot lower. Which I like as a default setting, but I feel like the option to turn up discoveries should still be available. Even with up to 288 IAFA to be signed vs. discovered, you're not going to end up signing more than a handful at best...whereas you could add dozens to your complex before, even if most were duds. I don't feel like the game generates enough blue chip IAFA prospects to sign to make the lack of scouting discoveries worthwhile.

I would imagine dev team is working on a variety of products and this is not a priority. Work life changed during covid. Some thrive in the new environment.

Completely fair (and potentially useful, when done civilly and coherently, with screenshots as evidence) to criticize what you don’t like about the game, and to demand/ask/hope that it can or will be fixed. That, after all, is why forums and bug reports are there.

Completely unfair to rip the development team with allegations that they are not full-time or dedicated or alert to criticisms or compromised by conflicting obligations or new ownership. That is nothing more than toxic, uninformed speculation that accomplishes nothing constructive.

Yes, also true that the paeans to the game without specific references don’t add to the work of making the game better. Nothing wrong with praise and appreciation, and I’m confident the hard-working and dedicated devs appreciate that. As others have pointed out, it’s more likely for users to post about problems or ask questions, than to bother to write about how cool it is to play. Fair enough, as with any consumer product.

Bottom line, the personal attacks, the feckless attempts to claim superior knowledge, the vague complaints without documentation, can’t be given any weight. Honestly, some of the rambling sounds more like Russian trolls. Better to ignore the noise, and focus on the many threads where users are having honest discussions of likes and dislikes and questions and problems and bugs and patches and work-arounds and ideas. All without attacking one another.

What other products do you imagine they are working on? For example, there is a new full body deodorant called Lume. Do you think the development team worked on that?

It seems to me that the focus is manly on PT and current season(s), and not the basic original game play. The graphics are great, but the DB functions no long function, making historical play unrealistic

Regarding the bullet point from the 24 changelist under Misc. Updates:
• Tweaked morale based on player expectation of lineup spot

This has been a little frustrating since most good hitters expectation is "cleanup hitter" and there can only be one cleanup hitter. Some of my guys are angry with their role on the team despite hitting 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 5th. The penalty for hitting in what is still a premium lineup position for guys with the cleanup hitter expectation seems too high.
