Request: 24 Team (1S/1D/24T), 162 games

So I've got a single-table, 24-team league that I'd like a balanced 162 game season for. The in-game scheduler always gives schedules with leaguewide off days, which I hate, and the 24T/162G schedules that I see in the Schedule List thread are wildly unbalanced schedules for leagues with divisions. I've tried my hand at this a few times, but my head always ends up spinning.

Basically, I'd like gmo's 20T/162G balanced schedule from the schedule list thread, except I'd like it for 24 teams.

Importantly, that schedule isn't actually built the way the post says it's built. It's not all 2-game series (there are plenty of 2-, 3-, and 4-game series, all of which I like) and Sundays are not off-days for all teams (no day is a leaguewide off-day and only Mondays/Thursdays are used). I'd like the length to stay the same (178 days) because I'm using both schedules and I'd like both leagues' seasons to end on the same day.

Thank you!

Oof, I should fix the description comment there in that old post. Probably a case where I copied from something else but failed to fix the text.

I have the layout figured out for the 24 teams. Play...
  • 11 opponents 6 games (3H/3A)
  • 4 opponents 7 games (3H/4A or 4H/3A)
  • 4 opponents 8 games (4H/4A)
  • 4 opponents 9 games (3H/6A or 6H/3A)

Get that same length by having for each team almost 3/4ths 3-game series, almost 1/4th 4-games series, and a couple 2-game series both involving one opponent.

Hoping to knock this out in the next couple days.
