Trade bug?

It's July 31, 1969. I was offered a trade at the deadline. I went to discuss it and remove one player and add another. I was not able to do it. The remove button was not functioning. I got a message that stated: The trading deadline was almost done. You may only complete already agreed upon deals in this period. Well, I didn't agree. I wanted to discuss. Somethings not working.

When you have reached the end of the yrade deadline periods, since there is no more time for the AI to react to a counter offer, the only choices are to accept their offer as given, or decline it. It's basically "2 minutes to deadline, there's no time to adjust if you want the deal to be processed before the deadline."
