Random Debut minimum setting

I like to use 1901 or 1902 as a minimum year when creating random debut leagues. The pre1900 hitters and pitchers end up way too dominant, almost becoming video game celebrities when allowed to join in the random debut fun. I want nothing to do with them.

Here is the problem. Random debut league 1902 set as minimum. Cy Young imports for the inaugural draft at the age of 24. Problem is, since I have 1902 set as my minimum, the game only displays Young's stats from 1902 onward, Young is 32 years old in 1902. Because of this, Young sucks. He isn't even good enough to make his teams active roster. He is a relief pitcher on the reserve shelf. It appears to me that Young is basically a fictional player amongst recalc players. I'm guessing he will remain that way until he reaches the age of 32 and has recalc stats.

If 1902 is the minimum, Young probably needs to be limited to entering the league at a age younger than 32 years old.
