Historical Season bundle

So, I am guessing that since my old phone had 22 go on it and it has not worked for a while now, I am not going to be able to restore my purchase and download them into my OOTP 23?

I'm not sure what platforms you use, but I got a new iPad recently and since I had previously purchased Go 22 I was able to download the app and go through the process.
