Relative ratings: Issues that must be improved for realistic KBO

I say just realistic, not 'more' realistic.
So, the current KBO in OOTP is very unrealistic.
There are a number of reasons and some of the things can be solved by users creating their own quick start, but this is what OOTPD has to do because of the fundamental problem with the game engine.

In reality, only three foreign players can be registered in KBO.
It is usually two pitchers and one batter, but it can consist of one pitcher and two batters under the system.
That is, there will be only two foreign players per team, whether it is a pitcher or a batter.

However, OOTP shows the overalls of the player compared to all MLB players.

Ahn Chi-hong is a solid player has a 34.9 career WAR and an average 2.8 WAR over the previous three years. But he's shown as an overall as a replacement player in OOTP.
Well, if you get a player like Altuve, it's a reasonable rating. But it's practically impossible.

There is a function that displays the possibility of a contract in the game. So it will be much more realistic if only the players who are listed as impossible are excluded from the population.
