How fast paced? league that has registered 13+ seasons (starting in June 2019), and still maintaining 11 (of 24) original owners from Day 1.

Balanced you ask? 13 seasons, 9 different league champions, and only once have we had a back-to-back championship.

What about Stability? Stability starts from the top, and changes based on the whim's of a Commissioner are not on the menu, as they are with some other leagues.

What you will see are changes based on the CBA of major league baseball; changes based on the needs and wants of our owners. Every rule in the Constitution was voted on - including the inaugural rules. Owners make a league, NOT the Commissioner, and it is one of our most important concepts.

What we're looking for is someone wants to:

compete against the some of the best GM's in OOTP

build a championship franchise

wants to be with a community feeling, fraternity, and fellowship

able to remain active (i.e. exporting regularly)

ability to communicate

wants to be part of a real baseball experience

What you need to have:

latest and greatest version of OOTP

ability to learn and know how to use SLACK

a passion for baseball

a general knowledge of baseball's GM rules (waivers, arbitration, etc.)

You do not need to come to us with a cabinet full of trophies and accomplishments, just a willingness to compete, make new friends to banter with, and if you don't know OOTP, the ability to ask questions. We have a stable of GM's that are willing to share tips, tricks, tactics, strategy's and overall knowledge of the league/OOTP.

ALL league communication is done via SLACK.

Some historical notes about the league:
The turnover factor is MINIMAL.

We still have 11 (of 24) original owners with us.
We still have 20 (of 24) GM's have been here since the start of the 2025 season.

Thru an entire expansion draft and SEASON, (2019) just 1 team needed replacing!

Went 5 seasons, and a complete calendar year WITHOUT a GM Vacancy.

League Export Rate has been over 90% for 7 consecutive seasons, and 8 of the last 9 years.
