Creating a high school league

I'm trying to create a single player league of six high schools set in 1926. How do I disable financials? Shouldn't players be cycling out after four years? Does OOTP actually support this feature or was in an error to tell me I could create a standalone HS league?

There’s a checkbox for financials and once turned off, the only setting on that tab will be attendance. Not near my computer for a screenshot, but it’ll be under league settings, and a finance tab.

As for the ages of players, there is an age min and max that can be set. I’ve never done this personally, so you may have to also set ages for player creation to fit in that window.

I know for a fact that people have made playable high school leagues so I know it can be done!

There are still looming issues. I just finished the first year and I am now on the second year, only nine freshmen were generated for the entire league of ten teams.

Didn't you notice, now I've created a high school league and it really works like this. It's probably a bag but I like it.

I have tried several times to do this but always failed; I do not understand why; I can not do so; can someone help me? And still taking inspiration from here https://paperap.com/free-papers/anxiety/ I want to add anxiety for the players, i.e. if they start losing to play better because the fear of losing appears, is it possible to create such simulation?

Maybe something to do with how you've set it up. High School feeders work fine, the game will generate them but if you have financials turned off, the game might not know to create free agents because the league is perceived as a "independent" league rather than a high school feeder type league. Make your HS league feed into another league's draft and that'll maybe make the likely to generate new freshmen every year.
