More realistic player jersey numbers

Love the new addition of player jersey number history. I've noticed that players choose "favorite" numbers that are really unusual, and certainly very different than real life.

Specifically, a LOT of pitchers choose favorite numbers in the single digits. I would love to see the random number choices chosen in proportions a bit closer to what we see in real MLB:

0-9: 2%
10-19: 20%
20-29: 20%
30-39: 20%
40-49: 20%
50-59: 10%
60-69: 5%
70+: 3%

(this is just off the top of my head and not researched at all, but something like that would be awesome)

Similarly, position players occasionally choose super weird numbers too. Something like this would be amazing:

0-9: 30%
10-19: 25%
20-29: 25%
30-39: 10%
40-49: 5%
50-59: 3%
60+: 2%

Appreciate the consideration! Hopefully this wouldn't be too hard to implement, just an update to whatever random choice function gets used now
