International Scouting Discoveries(per Team)

Until now, "international scouting discoveries" has always been the default (10 per year) in the settings. Now from the new patch it is set to "A lot (40 pear year)". I have all possible leagues on. Which settings are realistic?

I don't think realistic matter in this case. It is about feeding your DSL leagues.

I play with a stripped down minor leagues but I can see why you might need that many to keep supplying the multiple DSL teams in the modern start.
