3D crowds are still blurry and distorted in version 22.8.66

I don't know if it is just my machine or if others have the same issues with the 3D crowds. It was mentioned that there were fixes in the works that should be in the next update, but I still have the same issues in version 22.8.66.

I'd love to see screenshots of what this is supposed to look like from someone that isn't having the issue. For now, I'll go back to the simplified crowds. I'm glad that is still an option.

I'm having the exact same issue. Using a MacBook Pro running latest OS and latest OOTP patch.

I'm running Windows so it doesn't seem to be related to the OS. I was excited about the updated crowds, but now I fear this will go unaddressed and its the best we'll get.

The distorted audience should be fixed in the next patch. Unfortunately the dark shadows in the audience (dark square) can't be fixed.

This is my first attempt at OOTP 22, playing a Historical Game Season in 1995 on my iMac and on OS Big Sur.

With my Opening Day game and seeing the 3D screen for the first time, I first thought that it was "Bring Your Chaise Lounge to The Ballpark at Arlington Night'.

I just tried it out and it does look quite a bit better in the current release. I've only played in Fenway so far, but it does look like this issue is still here. There rest looks better, but I'll probably still stay with the simplified crowds.

71 was just a hotfix for the transparent helmets for a couple folks on Mac and Linux. There was also a change to fix an issue with classic 3d view not aligning properly and to fix an issue with the depth of field settings but the changes to the crowds Jorin mentioned weren't included afaik. They would be in the next patch if all goes well.
