Updated for FHM11

Square 2D icon is best used with only name and number placement at the top, not the center option.

Instruction: Locate your saved_game folder. Normally it is under My Document/Out of the Park Developments/Franchise Hockey Manager 10. Then unzip into rink_pics. The path should look something like this: saved_games\XXXXX\graphics\rink_pics

XXXXX is whatever name you used in the save.

NHL 2D icon V3 pack - Icons with player and goalie images, but these will not work with "switch side" on. This pack contains all 32 NHL home and away icons. Also, reversed version is included in case anyone would like to use white at home. Just rename the files (remove "2" in the file name).

Sure thing. Devils' jersey is quite straight forward and quick to put together:

Yes, certainly. Here are the templates (player & goalie). I use GIMP so the templates are in XCF format but I exported to PSD as well. Both types are in the zip.

While I go ahead and complete the full set with these, I would also like to continue improving the template itself. One thing I haven't done is adding the wrinkles to the jersey. That can probably make the white version much more interesting than just plain color. I am really curious to see how the additional wrinkle/fold layer would show up in-game.

We have a lot of talents here who are better than I am. If someone could help make the template better, feel free to play with it.

7/1 Update: Worked on this a bit more and added Shader which does improve the white versions. The template files above have been updated with better looking version. As for the already released icons, I'll also apply the shader and update again soon.

All previous teams with added shading have been updated (at the very top of the thread). Anaheim and Arizona are also done. I will do at least 1 home and 1 away for each NHL team for now. I feel that these look pretty good in-game so I definitely want to further explore 3rd jerseys and retro jerseys eventually. Of course, this will depend on whether these icons are still usable when FHM8 comes out.

Several more teams have been done (19 out of 31 at this point). After the NHL teams are all completed, for sure I plan to keep going. There is still a lot we can do, but at a slower pace.... XD

For example, 3rd jerseys/Retro uniforms/historical stuff/national teams/international teams.... and obviously we should also put Seattle into the game.

Many more teams have been added. Some may look similar but not single one is exactly the same. Three more teams left until I can take a break for a bit, LOL (Vegas, Washington, and Winnipeg).

Also, I found that the image hosting site automatically changes the underscore to a hyphen. Does this mess up the graphics in the game? Have to manually rename the files for them to work properly? Anyways, when everything is done, I'll put the files in a ZIP for easier download and with the correct file names of course.
