Random Team Name Change

I'm in my third season of the same league, started in the minors, and just checked the standing for MLB...

The Miami Marlins name changed to the Columbus Raging Bulls.

Any idea why this might happen? Just curious.

Do you have league evolution turned on?

Go to MLB -> League Settings -> Options

Upper left section is automatic league evolution, which includes teams changing names, moving, expansion, league rules, etc.

I have the city and name changes off in my league evolution. Just curious when it does do this, does it change the logo and all?

Yes it does. Colors change, too.

I just had my MLB 2028 finish. Rumors of adding 2 teams were all the rage. So 2 teams were added, Columbus and Indy. I changed Indy to Vegas. Awaiting to play games in those new stadiums and I hope they are different than current MLB stadiums.

You'll probably have to manually set the stadiums of the expansion teams yourself. Might be fun to choose a couple of the KBO ballparks.

I just played a game in LV. Their stadium is different than other MLB stadiums.
