Playoffs Missing and Trading Locked?

Have A 1980 Nordiques Historical and year 1 was fine nothing wrong then year 2 playoffs and it completely disappears?

No stats or anything from that year are available. Simmed to year 3 playoffs and same thing happened.

In Year 3 I also wasn’t allowed to make trades because the drop box to add players to a trade was grayed out and couldn’t be pressed. Anybody had issues like this before?

Can you upload the save (instructions here)? We can have a look and try to see what's gone wrong there.
