Can't Sign Draft Picks

I have a custom game but I can't sign my draft picks because it says my league honors the contracts of the junior leagues. I would like to sign my draft picks before their juniors contracts expire

Could you upload that save? (Uploading instructions here.) We had a similar report, but it only seemed to be happening to overage players, I want to see if this is the same thing or a separate problem.

Yeah, looks to be similar to the other one. I think the transfer relationship between top-level and junior leagues isn't getting defined correctly during setup in some circumstances. Once we figure out what those are, I think we'll be able to do a retroactive fix for this for saves with this problem. Right now, the players won't be signable until they age out of the junior leagues (but the teams will retain their rights, I ran the game far enough forward to check that and the draftees from this year signed with their drafting teams in 2023-24.)
