Help with Online League DB / PHP

Hey folks -

New Commish here - pretty ok with web tech, but having some issues getting everything up and going.

Steps I've taken:

1. Created a new FTP account for my site
2. Created a new MYSQL DB
3. Generated the player data
4. Generated the PHP / htaccess files
5. Unpacked everything automatically via script with no errors (hooray)
* Note - at first, the script stopped halfway through, presumably the result of the MYSQL DB being taxed on first run (lost access to the DB for 10 minutes on the backend). Ran the script again and everything seemed peachy.

Now if I go to "mysite.com/myleague/reports," I get the page that shows the different league links (yay!). Unfortunately, none of these links are active, in that they go to empty spots.

I am going to follow through the entire sequence again, I was just wondering if anyone has advice on how to proceed if that still doesn't work. Where should I be looking?

My DB is communicating correctly and I triple checked all of the addresses in settings... so I'm not sure where to start unraveling the issue.
