File Formats for OOTP

I got a quick question for the experts. As I'm cleaning my logo folder up from years of copying into the new game's logo folder and I have a lot of duplicates.

But,does OOTP 19 still read the .gz_raw format?

To add to this, is the default jersey naming convention jerseys_team_name and jerseys_team_name_away?

If so, can we make the game also read "road" as well as "away" for road jerseys?

itsmb8, read the text file in the jerseys folder. _readme.txt or RTFM.
