The AIM requirement probably scared off any prospective GM aged more than 16.

The 2 leagues I am currently in Big League baseball and the OptsbL we are all required to use AIM it is great for talking trades, etc...

It may take some time to fill your league up. When the NML has trouble finding an owner you know it's the dead season.
