Assistant Line Changes

For some reason on the Manager Options menu I am unable to change "setting trainging" or "setting Lineups". It is stuck on Assistant and I am unable to use the drop down menu to change it. I have tried closing the game, restarting my computer etc... nothing seems to fix this issue. And when i go to strategy to change the lines... the only option available to me is "assistant setup organization" I dont even have the options to just setup the lines with the available dressed players.

Please HELP!

Im going to add, this started happening only after I hired a head coach. Before that I was GM/Coach. But now that ive hired a head coach those options are not changeable for me. Is it because of the Head Coach? Would I need to fire him, or is there another way to change these settings??

Yes, if you hire a head coach that puts you in GM-only mode and the new coach will be making those decisions. You'd need to fire him to take control of those settings again.

Its ridiculous, Hired John Tortarella and hes playing my worst winger on the 2nd line PP at CENTER??. And the owner wont let me fire Torts now.

My AI has been scratching my franchise player every game and putting a 2 star 33 year old in his first line center role... Really ruins the immersion when your team wont even use the prospects your attempting to build around.
