Your activation number isn't correct to load the game. Check if it has typos or spaces.

Your also posting this in the wrong section this is a activation problem It needs to go in tech support not general discussions.

1) Are you typing or copying? I know on the past I have read about trailing white spaces when people copy.
2) My serial number has 6 sections separated by hyphens. It looks like you are using the order number to authenticate. My order number is in the top box of the email. My Serial Number is in the box below it. I think the serial number is what you want not the order number.
