MLB Current Day Sim - Minor League Roster Question

I've never really done a current day sim - always been a historical guy. With OOTP18, I decided to do a current day one and try to rebuild a bad team.

My question is minor leagues - my team has 7 or 8 minor league teams and that's way too many to manage. I would like to pare this down to 4 across MLB...AAA,AA,Single-A, and Rookie. Is there an easy way to do this without just deleting a few of the leagues (and deleting all of the players and prospects currently in those leagues?). I'd ideally like to keep each team's top 100 minor leaguers somehow and delete all the crappy minor leaguers (if that makes sense).

Thanks everyone for any ideas!

Just have your Asst. GM manage the lower minors. Saves you the trouble.

Right. I could do that. But its still too many players to draft and go through, etc. I guess what we're saying is there's no way to have smaller minor leagues without just deleting leagues and making those leagues' prospects (some will be super 4* and 5* prospects) free agents huh?

Just move them to the minors you want to keep then delete.

It will be tedious.
