Trade: add player asked for but response is "no way"
In trades, other team asks for player but when player added other team again rejects trade. This has happened a number of times. For instance, at the top below Arizona says if I added Avery George they would agree to trade. Added George and Arizona rejects trade again (the second message below). The league involved is the same one here:

They should accept. However it is possible that in the couple of days since they first emailed you back, they have ever so slightly changed their mind.

I can see that is possible, but it's been happening quite regularly. In fact, sometimes if I add one of their listed listed player on the same day I receive it, they sometimes still reject it in their follow-up mail. This didn't happen to me in previous versions of OOTP.
Additional thing I've seeing: a team will say a deal is close and they'll think it over after I send a trade proposal to them...but then their response email demands I add a top player (most recently that I add a 23-year old, 4.5 star CF in a deal for a not-that-great prospect) to make the deal acceptable to them, which contradicts their previous claim the deal was close to being okay. |
