2012 CBA Rules Question

Not exactly new anymore, but I feel this is the best place for this question.

If you turn off the 2012 CBA changes in league settings, AND have advanced draftee signings off, do all drafted players sign minor league contracts or do some sign major league deals?

I think they all sign minor league contracts and remain that way until they are promoted to the 25-man roster where they will receive the major league minimum until they reach arbitration.
