Offseason disabled list
So I know with the latest patch there is no disabled list for the offseason. Had a guy on the 60 day DL that I am "non tendering" and don't have room for on the 40 man roster. So I tried to put him on waivers and DFA him but the game told me since he is injured I need to put him on the DL. Is this "working as intended"? I don't know the actual rules so I'm not sure. Do I just have to release him the first day of the offseason so as not to have to put him on the 40 man roster or is this just a new bug and we should be able to waiver & DFA these guys?

The 60-day DL doesn't exist in real life either during the off-season. By rule, all players on the 60-day DL are reinstated from it by the filing date for the reserve lists (which is November 20, if memory serves). So there is only the 40-man roster. If the player is still unable to play come spring then he can be put back on the DL then.
As to what OOTP is doing, hopefully someone can provide an answer.

I did just release him but it makes him available as a free agent ahead of the actual signing period. Not a big deal though.
