Now That's A Middle of the Lineup!
In my 10th season now with the Yankees and built them into a 2 time defending W.S. champ. My 3-4-5 hitters had one of the best seasons together that I have seen in a long time (see attached screenshot).
Anyone else have this kind of middle of the lineup? |

This team went 106-56 and won the Series in a sweep. Reggie Lawson, who I picked up via trade, won the Pitching Triple Crown for the second year in a row.

The season after. . .
Overall, the lineup had a bit more balance, but the new murderers row couldn't repeat the amazing season they put forth the year before. . .

It's Juan Ortiz. . .traded for him when he was 22 and he's been incredible.

I have elite power (40+ HR per season) at 3 and 4 right now, a 1B and a SS. The 1B is in his first arb year and the SS is in the first year of a 8yr $208 million contract. I also just called up a 3B and RF, both with 5 star potential who were raking in AAA. If the power comes around on those prospects, I'll could have as many as 4 elite power hitters in my lineup. Only 2 for now tho. No pics unfortunately, posting from my mobile.
As a kicker, the SS also led the league in SB last year too. I about crapped my pants when I saw his previous team let him into free agency. With his combination of power and speed at a MIF position, he is a "keep at all costs" player. |
