28 teams 2 subleagues divisions of 554 per league.
West 5 teams Central 5 teams East 4 teams.
Favor intradivisional games
Would like a rotating interleague schedule across 3 seasons so we play each division. Rivalry series also built in of at least 2H & 2 A.
