2014 Season Realistic Settings

Hey guys,

I have been playing OOTP for a couple months now and I love it.

However, I can not seem to get the league totals and modifiers to give me realistic results for the 2014 season. Specifically, ERA. Every 2014 standard game I play, pitchers have an average of 5, 6 or even higher ERA. In real life team ERA is about 3.5, 3.6, 3.7.

I hit auto calc during the offseason but it results in really high ERAs. I don't think its simply reducing the number of hits either. I could be wrong though.

Any help and/or suggestions to get realistic league totals for the standard 2014 season would be great.
