Which logo sizes are used where?

Anyone have a "cheatsheet" of which logo files are used on which screens? I'm assuming I can replace individual files if on some screens I want to use a circular glossy logo and on another I want to use a transparency logo and on yet another I can use a homeplate style right? is it as simple as resizing the ones I want to use and replacing the file in the logos folder?

Yes, it is that simple.

The only one I know for sure is that on the "Game Home Screen", which probably nobody ever looks at, the league logo is the 75x75. The only reason I know this is because it's the wrong logo.
