Charlie "Diesel" Church

Towards the end of the season, the Skyscrapers traded for a 20 year old, 2 star first baseman / outfielder. Church was sent to the reserve roster and did not appear in the playoffs. However, Church had a pretty good rookie campaign, although he needs to improve against lefty pitchers.

Salvatore "Sam" Lateano

Salvatore stayed as the closer of the Honolulu Prodigy for the rest of the year. He looks to be the Prodigy's long-term closer. In order to improve, Salvatore needs to lower his walk rate and pitch better to right handed batters.

Isaac Schmidt

Although he only appeared in two games, it's good to see that the Tampa Bay Flames have him on their radar and are looking to have him play. Expect more playing time next year.

Others

Johan Froeberg, Disco Dog, and Sam Parsons did not appear in a game. However, there is still hope that they will be called up next year.

Can you boost Froeberg's control? Around 15 would be perfect, hopefully he is in the show soon.

Johan Froeberg

I increased his potential control for you. Hopefully he will be called up with his new potential ratings.

Opening Day

The regular season has started!

Charlie Church is in the 6th spot in the New York Skyscrapers lineup as a first baseman. Church is also considered the backup catcher, considering the Skyscrapers do not have any other possible catchers on their active roster.

Salvatore Lateano is still in the closer spot for the Honolulu Prodigy.

Johan Froeberg, Sam Parsons, Isaac Schmidt, and Disco Dog are still on their team's reserve rosters.

Dynasty - United Players League

Stats as of June 1st, 2015

Charlie Church (New York Skyscrapers): .192 AVG / 4 HR / 15 RBI in 146 AB / 43 Games. All of Church's games have been played at first base. Church is batting 6th against RHP and 5th against LHP.

Salvatore Lateano (Honolulu Prodigy): 4 W - 7 L / 5.52 ERA / 1.45 WHIP / 27 K in 10 GS / 11 GP. Lateano got moved to the STARTING ROTATION for some reason, as the #3 starter. I have no clue why the Honolulu Prodigy have made this move, their closer is two stars and not that great.

Johan Froeberg (Baltimore Bears): 6 W - 4 L / 1.98 ERA / 0.89 WHIP / 49 K in 12 GS / 95.1 IP. Froeberg got called up by the Bears and was placed in the rotation as the #2 starter. Froeberg has been superb this year so far and will look to continue his ace like pitching.

Sam Parsons (Washington Wolves): .302 AVG / 1 HR / 11 RBI in 116 AB / 39 Games. Parsons has played 25 games at RF, 9 at 3B, and played a couple of innings at 2B and LF. Parsons is batting 8th against both RHP and LHP in the Wolves lineup.

Isaac Schmidt (Tampa Bay Flame): Schmidt has not played yet this year, but is begging for a call-up.

Disco Dog (Fresno Rattlers): Dog just got called up and placed in the Rattler's bullpen. He has not pitched yet. Dog is the 4th Middle-Relief arm out of four in the Rattler's bullpen.

Stats as of August 1st, 2015

As of August 1st, 2015:

Charlie Church (New York Skyscrapers): .231/10/37 in 92 Games. Has played strictly first base and has been on the DL since July 26th. A combination of a strained oblique, sore hamstring, and knee contusion have kept Church out of the lineup for a total of about 5 weeks.

Salvatore Lateano (Honolulu Prodigy): 7-11/5.90/1.66 in 21 GS/22 GP/114.1 IP. Lateano is still pitching out of the 3rd spot in the Prodigy rotation, and is struggling.

Johan Froeberg (Baltimore Bears): 10-8/2.48/1.02 in 22 GS/166.2 IP. Still number two in the Bears rotation. Froeberg got selected for the All-Star Game on June 20th.

Sam Parsons (Washington Wolves): .279/4/27 in 85 Games. Has played primarily third base and some right field, while also appearing at second base and in left field. Parsons is batting 8th against RHP and 7th against LHP.

Isaac Schmidt (Tampa Bay Flame): .283/0/3 in 20 Games/46 At-Bats. Has played some second base and some third base. Schmidt got injured on July 18th, for 3-4 weeks and is currently on the DL.

Disco Dog (Fresno Rattlers): 3-0/4.45/1.41 in 2 GS/17 GP/28.1 IP. Dog got placed in the #5 spot of the Rattlers rotation and has done relatively well so far.

Andrew White (New York Skyscrapers): .207/1/14 in 35 Games. White is batting 1st as DH against RHP and is not penciled into the lineup against LHP.

Paul Masa Rose (Honolulu Prodigy): .222/3/10 in 29 Games/99 At-Bats. Rose has played primarily right field and some third base, with a couple games at left field and center field. Like White, Rose is batting first as DH against RHP and is not in the lineup against LHP.

Next post will be the end of season stats for our players. Whatever comments you have, please share!

Thanks for creating Andrew White. I don't want you to change because he is already playing but he hit left. Looking forward to seeing how he does.

He's versatile in the field and generally good on the bath paths.
Wonderfully done...
Hope he can match some of the Real Rose's
achievements.
