MLB Awards -- Idiocy at best?
Can someone please explain to me how Andy Dirks is a Gold Glove finalist, but Mike Trout isn't?

Mind you, I'm a DETROITER. Absolutely ridiculous. This might be bigger hogwash than Jeter's collection of the things.

They have yet to top Palmeiro winning the GG at 1B in 1999, when he played all of 28 games at the position that year.
