Tough call, helmets or hats. My vote would be for Helmets too. Perhaps make the players all wear their shoulder pads as well so it looks almost like an action shot closeup of their face. And not sure if that could be done [easily] or not. Not sure what that means for visors...it would be nice to get those in too but not to block out the facial appearances to much. Hats would only make sense for players recently drafted who has not played an nhl game yet.

I don't really understand how facegen works, but I'm interested to know if it can generate random faces for players without preset faces. Also, it'd be great if player appearances could be set via the DB. That way, we could at least have faces with the appropriate skin, eye and hair colour. It gets pretty hard to get decent face images for players in the lower leagues and so perhaps it'd be nice to have a facegen image which matches the player's basic appearance - I'd prefer that to the black silhouette image.

Facegen can do all that. Not the hair, but everything else. Though FM uses some hair overlays for its facegens, so I guess adding hair is somehow possible.

I am using a mac and am wondering if there are different instructions to get these logo packs into the game. I have been trying and the default logos continue to show up.

The library file is hidden by default, so holding the option key shows it temporarily... if you are applying your graphics to a saved game make sure you pick the saved game folder... if you want them for all future games then go to the quickstart folder. Hope that helps

Is it just me, or is it impossible to add player pictures? I tried naming them the same name of the players, but no luck still.. what do i name them? do i use for instance "steven_stamkos.png" or "steven-stamkos.png" or as I tried, "steven stamkos.png" ?

I'm trying to figure out how to import logos both real and custom. When I look in the folder for FHM I find data. Once I click on that I get database, misc, quickstart, saved games, schedules, and text. The only area that makes sense to me is within the majors quickstart (graphics---logo leagues and logo teams). Can I only use logos if I create a majors quick start? Can I use custom logos or real ones in setting up a custom league? If so I would I get this done?

You need to name them name_surname_day_month_year.png (the date is date of birth of course) e. g. Steven_Stamkos_7_2_1990.png and to put them into graphics/player_pics folder.

The main logopack (that was on TBL but is now on TBN) includes historical logos too! So you'll have the Scouts, Seals, Rockies and all the other needed logos!

I've just downloaded the latest version.

For info: the Cincinnati Stingers' logo was named "hc moravské budÏjovice 2005" in the pack. Meanwhile, the logo for the authentic Stingers of the WHA is one of the defaults.

If you create a game you have to go to saved games-your game name-graphics ect for them to show up.. I think that is what you're asking anyway

Got it. Logos need to be added for each new game that is created. I must be tired but I could have sworn that there was a facepack included in this thread. Am I wrong?
