How can I change the default league directory to Dropbox so that I can play the same league in 2 computers?
And is it possible to play a Mac league on a PC. |

I am almost positive that you cannot play a Mac and PC league as the files would greatly differ from each other as both systems use much different language unless I am wrong.
as far as the dropbox thing, I have no idea |

Yes, Mac/PC leagues are compatible. Just need your league folder.
Know nothing about Dropbox, sorry. |

You can set the custom data path in the "Expert Settings" tab in Game Preferences. I don't know if that affects already established universes or not.
Also, I don't know if you can set that on a per-universe basis, or if it's global. Lastly, as your league grows, you might find yourself running out of space on Dropbox, unless you want to start paying for extra storage. An external hard drive might wind up being better in the long run. |
