Another issue after Patch 23 build

This patch did correct our 15% freeze issues we were having in our OOTP leagues, but now the file is taking so very long to update within game(upwards of 20-25 minutes)Anyone else experiencing this issue........

I had this in one league for the first 2 downloads after the patch, but not since those 2 downloads. I think it was after the commish updated the images files.
