That one started for the 1980 season but, I'm looking to start a new one in 1950, sim 10 seasons and begin AS-IS in 1960. I hate starting in leagues that are current cos' before you know it, everyone got space helmets and driving in flying cars and teleporting... All set with getting too far into the future.. not a space man. ;-)

I've been testing that league with feeders (didn't work out) and winter leagues (sucked) so that the waiting list could take a hold of a team. No luck... something always screwed up. especially with CPU teams not getting their playoff rosters set in time and getting stuck and haveing to start all over.

I've also been working on a South American League where there were 14 different leagues but, I wasn't happy with how BIG I kept making it... I was happy but, the file was just WAY too large.

My only concern now is just final tweaks.... I'll post something when i got something more concrete.

I'd be interested . . . especially "ground floor"

Good luck, all of you who are working to create new fictional leagues.

To me, fictional is the only way to go. You build your own history and not have to worry about how "real life" players perform in a game. I'm very interested in the UEAB and getting in on the ground floor with a team there.

I've been browsing these forums for years and the formation of the UEBA has been the first thing that has compelled me to create an account and post.

Thanks

It's coming along. I'm getting the OOTP rules updated and set, and then the forum, then I'll describe how the teams will be allocated.

Tony, may I suggest starting a list of interested owners? The league seems to be picking up steam, both in terms of development and interest.

It may be a good idea to start a list of interested owners so that you (and us) can see where we stand with the UEBA. Even if it's a few weeks out, it can serve as a waitlist and keep interest at its peak.

OK. I'll add a waiting list forum to the forums I'm setting up and we can go from there. That should be some time tonight or tomorrow hopefully.

And there'll be an interesting development mentioned in there but I'll have to check some stuff out before giving myself the yes to it.
