Ratings stars

I haven't played OOTP in ages so bear with me if this is a dumb question, but I've played around with a couple different seasons and for "overall" and "potential" it does not show stars, instead it is just blank. I've made sure my settings were set to show stars instead of not displaying anything. What am I missing here??

Check to see which rating set you are looking at. In the top right corner of the transactions screen, there is something which says either OSA or the name of your scouting director. If it says OSA, click on it and select your scouting director instead.
