Couple questions, hopefully shed some light

Ok, just looking for a little advice, ready to pull my hair out looking for an answer: 1)
In anyones opinion, do you think batter vs pitcher stats is credible, part of the program or fluke?
2) When u play with ratings off, are u looking at what they actually are. Or is it about 80% accuracy because it's the ootp scout. Any help would be great. Thanks.

1) I think it simply keeps these stats, but I don't think any batter is programmed to perform better against pitcher A than pitcher B assuming that A and B have identical ratings.

2) When you play with ratings off, I believe you don't get any ratings at all just stats. If you meant play with scouting off, than you get what is 100% accurate.
