I'll tackle some of that anyway. I don't think there is an up-to-date roster set with the current day rosters. The game comes with full 2009 Opening Day rosters - that seems to be good enough for most people. Just create a new 2009 Major League game from the opening menu.

The logos and faces need to be extracted into the \news\html\images folder under your saved game. I don't remember exactly where you put ballpark pics, but you can load them in-game from the Options and Ballpark button from the home page of each team (logos, hats, and uniforms can be loaded this way too).

Enjoy

So every time you want to start a new game, logos, jerseys, photos, and ballparks have to be extracted into news\html\images? I just extracted everything to My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 10 to its respective folder i.e. "photos". I was hoping that the game would just automatically recognize those folders and use them when starting a new game.

It does. I was giving him the easy answer. You only have to copy to the images folder if you already created the league first.

Actually to call the roster that comes with the game a full opening day roster is a bit of a misconception. There are close to 300-400 missing players in the set. The low minors had little attention paid to them

I prefer to look at the glass as 95% full.

I had the same problem man. Go to your savegame (the default path is My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 10\saved_games\).

Open your savegame folder then go to news\html. Drag the individual files, the photos and logos themselves, not the subfolders, into the images folder. That should do the trick.

No, there's lots of other stuff in there that you do need. Just copy over the logos with the same name.

I did what GoCubsGo said and it worked for the most part. I noticed some of the logos didnt take and it was the spelling for example the image "Boston_Redsox" didn't take until I change the name to boston_redsox and so on.

I figured out the ballparks and sounds thing, you have to manually add each ballpark image to each team. The sounds I put into the OOTP sounds folder.

Ummmm I think Im good to go for the most part.

Oh wait one more thing, the logos, player photos, ballparks and sounds are all now working bu there ae allot of other images on other screens that are the old images. Is there a complete mlb template or something for the game?
