not sure if this is a bug or not

i've simmed 10 seasons of my main league thus far, and the ages of the rookies of the year seasons 2-10:

S2- L1: 25 L2: 22
S3- L1: 23 L2: 21
S4- L1: 24 L2: 21
S5- L1: 25 L2: 21
S6- L1: 25 L2: 26
S7- L1: 26 L2: 22
S8- L1: 22 L2: 24
S9- L1: 28 L2: 26
S10- L1: 28 L2: 26

the point is, the rookies are getting older, but then theyre batting like .350 or hitting 40 HRs, and there haven't been many young rookies, especially in later years.

are these rookies in the ML? It could be just a natural shift and may go back. There could be better players in the ML and rookies are having a hard time breaking in so teams are waiting until they are older because they can.

an update here. I decided to glance through 1 team's AAA pitching and they had like 4 pitchers who are completely developed and aged 20-22 with good ratings but in AAA. however, when I press the button for the AI to assign all players to the levels it finds appropriate, they stay in AAA.

Your last statement is sort of a second issue, but let me ask about that one first. When you state press the button, are you indicating the Ask AI button that manages the entire organization, or by chance is it the one that only manages the minor leagues?
