Just a query, is there a reason you have the development speed at .6?
Also, i think Pedro Strop is currently listed as Colorado Rockie when he's actually in the Rangers farm system Last edited by blalock84; 02-18-2009 at 11:56 PM. |

With the increased ratings for players in the lower minors, .6 makes sure that they don't develop too quickly. If you want to change it right away, or a few years into the future, feel free.

yea, i figured it was for that. Yea, i had to change it about 5 or so years into the future b.c some players were still stuck in the minors at 29 and still had alot of potential.

Why is it that some players - Tim Redding of the Mets for example - show in their profile that they are on a team but cant be found ANYWHERE on the teams roster; Major or minor league?
Thanks |

I asked this before, and nobody responded! Is there a version of this where the free agents have not been signed?

Can someone please explain this to me ...
Using CF2009_v3, Staff Payroll on the Front Office page seems to be grossly inflated. For example, with ARI it shows at some ~$13m with scouts and coaches on (~$11m with just coaches on) whereas when I manually add all the salaries from MLB to rookie ball I get some ~$3m. I am told that this applies to other teams as well. What am I missing??? |

Media revenues seem to be much lower than they should be. LA and Portland have the same Media Revenues as Kansas City (A Small Market team), and San Diego's is 5 Million less than Kansas City. Los Angeles (N)= 19,130,925 Portland = 19,130,925 San Diego = 14,783,500 San Diego is the only team that had its Media Revenue drop from 2008 ($34,783,500). In the Cubby Fans 1.51 version the 2009 set at $34,783,500. Is there any reason for this or was there an error when the data was entered into the files?? |

Chan Ho Park is a free agent, when he has been signed by Philadelphia for some time. |

Redding.
Pls check your database......Redding while in the organization is not on any farm team or even the 40 man roster. When I try to add him to the 40 man roster I am told I cannot. Again, while he shows up as in the Mets org he is not on any major or minor league level. Thanks |

For those who have simmed 2009 with this roster set, what results have you seen? Which teams are winning? Which teams stink? Etc... just curious what results are ...

They might be DFA'ed - it says in their profile they're on the ML team when this happens.

wow, Ryan Howard had some sort of career. I laughed when I looked at his K's, compared with the other guys at the top though.
