Allstar game problem

I am slightly more than half way through the season of my newly created world, when something rather strange occurred. I recieved a message saying that there was no starter for division 1 or 2 when simulating the rest of the day. I rationalized this was connected to an allstar game for one of my other leagues. Soon enough I found that one of my indepent leagues has no players assigned to it's rosters leaving my league in limbo until it can be fixed. I'd rather not have to delete the league and reload it in the offseason. Any commisioner related solutions?

Why doesn't the league have any players? If it's an independent league, perhaps it wasn't created with any and wasn't allowed to sign FAs elsewhere? If that's the problem, then you'll have to fill their rosters with new players.

Yes, I first reported this problem early on. I don't believe there is anything that you can do. I had to trash my season. Someone earlier reported that you could hold down the ESC key for a long time and this would get around the problem but it didn't work for me.

So, in the future make sure to delete the All-star game before deleting the league or do not have all-star games for your leagues that you are not participating in---this was my proactive solution to make sure this did not happen again.
