More realism in international scouting would be great- it's a brilliant feature, but doesn't match up with real baseball very well. I'd suggest an international signing period like in real baseball, a financial cost to signing international prospects, and a change to the ages and skill levels of hidden players (most international signs in MLB are 16-18 years old and very raw, and I think only four were major-league ready this year- Matsuzaka, Iwamura, Okajima and Igawa). I don't think other teams do any international scouting in the game at the moment, and they should, especially those in rebuild mode. Obviously, if these things were customizable, then even better.
And if I can bend the rules a bit, and make one other request: I tried creating real prospects to add to a Lahman import, but it takes ages. Would be great if players could be created more quickly, with the computer filling in most of the numbers; if I'm making Dellin Betances, well I really have no idea what his exact movement potential is, and I don't think anyone else does either at this point! So, for a pitching prospect, I might input his name, age, current minor league level or ability, his overall potential out of 5 stars, a 'makeup' rating out of 5, and the type of player he is projected to be- strikeout pitcher, finesse pitcher, etc; the computer then could randomly assign appropriate current and potential ratings. After all, I don't even want to know his exact potential- I'm going to be playing with him, and where's the fun if I know everyone's exact ratings in advance? Brilliant game, thanks to all who worked on it! |

True. And I have to agree with him. In fact, I can't think of any feature that I would not consider more important than including sound.

Markus designs the baseball stuff. Andreas Raht does alot of the non-baseball plumbing, like the FTP uploads for the online leagues, FaceGen, and HTML. Occasionally they will get someone like Aurelio Barrios to do some graphics, like the 3d trophy graphic. On occasion, they will have someone from SI like Graeme Kelly work on Mac support or code optimization. When Markus stops, development stops. |

To echo the same request as other. I think it would be interesting if the college leagues "seniors" weren't all in the draft pool by default with the exception being your big time prospects, and you could choose to draft any player on any college roster while taking a chance that he doesn't want to sign until his eligibility runs out.

The ability to jump into commish mode from a players profile(ala the action panel) just in case you want to edit something on a certain player without exiting out of the player, go to manager options, turning on commish mode, finding the player again, editing, and then getting out of commish mode.
It would be nice to switch commish mode from off to on in more ways than currently.

Nationality....
I would like a feature to set the nationality of a team. This way I could have an European League with players from their own country playing in it. Ideally I would like to be able to set up a league and have all players drafted by a team be from that teams home nation. Also to have the game set to no foreigners or no trades so that only players from the nation can play for that national team. This would also work for States as a nation type leagues.

The ability to automatically re-sign personnel. Nothing is more tedious for me than finding a head scout for my short season A ball team.

Each time I scout a draft class, I really wish I had this feature. I know the averages are there, I just want to see all averages on one page. Maybe I just need to hire an intern . . . |

I wish the game would just operate under the assumption that I am sending my scouts out to do their work. The you could bring up a player and get scouting reports based on some general timeperiod. Like say, your scouting department updates players in your division once every X amount of days/weeks or whatever. It updates all major leagers every x time period. It keeps an updated report on top players in the minors and free agent list. The process could be a little less cumbersome. |

I would like it if it was like you said though. Would make things much simpler and quicker.

If I can add one more request.. can the game add with some sort of time limit, so it automatically closes after 2-3 hours of use a day
![]() Seriously, I am too addicted to this game. I really need to get out of my chair and do something else. I am starting to get worried. Ok, enough talk, back to my league...

The ability to have different revenue streams you can control pricing on.
Concessions (Beer, Hot Dogs, Soda, Merchandise) Parking Lux Box Tix Also the ability to expand your stadium to attract new revenues. As you do it comes the risk of mortgages from financing hurting your future funds availability. |

I'd like the ability to filter for Work Ethic and Intelligence. I have no proof that this is useful, but intuitively I tend to draft for these qualities late in the draft.
That said, in a more general sense, if there's a rating in the game that is exposed to the user, I ought to be able to filter on it. |

I would like to see the Negro Leagues added, along with the options to have them play exhibitions against Major League squads during barnstorming tours, like they did in real life.
