Would be nice to have an option to use Home and Road jerseys perhaps even an Alternate jersey without having to change out the files as must be done now.

Considering how good Face Gen is maybe a larger window also so one can admire all the work put into making the jersey... Don't know where it would go but...

PBP - Have a better idea of its universe. Tell me if a player has just broken an individual game record or has a long running hitting streak going.

I also echo the previous requests for getting running streaks on the leaderboards and the request for more team records.

Five-button mouse support, please. Or heck, keyboard shortcuts (which could be bound to mouse buttons) would even work. Anything to get past the incessant clicking on the < and > buttons on screen.

Absolutely more playoff options. I guess that's not exactly a single feature. I'll make it one: A Build Your Own Playoffs feature! Enable byes, how many teams make it, etc.

During free agency, if you offer a player a contract, and another team offers a better contract, it would be nice if the player let you know from time to time what his new parameters for a deal would be.

I'd like to see a "retire according to history" feature that automatically retires players when they retired IRL. This would be an option. Some historical players, probably most, wouldn't use it, but there are some of us who would love to see players retire according to history.

Okay, I have no idea how feasible any of these are, but here's my top 10...

1. Everything on the Player Profile page should be editable, especially No Trade Clauses and Player Morale (but also Career Stats, if possible)
2. Add in the 10/5 No Trade Clause
3. Incorporate some way of controlling the frequency of SPECIFIC injuries, primarily on the Off-Field Injuries list
4. Have the AI calculate more types of awards, including a true MVP and Manager of the Year. Or at the very least, give us the option of at least 4 additional Custom Awards (And by the way, it would also be nice to have the option of each award being "per league" or "per sub-league")
5. Allow more All Star Game options, particularly the option to have the AI select teams with either the "best players available" or to "represent each team". The option for a "home nation" vs. "world" format would also be cool
6. Bring back ejections
7. Allow for additional playoff structures
8. Tweak FaceGen to show more ethnically authentic face types, or somehow give us the option to control the facial structures ourselves
9. Place weather info on the broadcast screen, as well as a clock showing the "universe time" and the current duration of the game
10. Allow us to make copies of players within the game to allow for tournaments and additional ASG formats

I have about a dozen more, but I'm pretty certain none of them are possible until '08.

I'm sure this one is somewhere in the previous posts, but bring back the "Send runner home" feature to give more control when playing out a simmed game. Could even expand it to "Send runner to third base", etc.

yes, more playoff options would be a nice addition.

playoff options, or a league setup, like the English Football League System (football pyramid), would be really nice. for those who have no idea what i'm talking about, here's a link --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English..._league_system. the ability to demote terrible major league teams to AAA, and promote great AAA teams to the major leagues would be a lot of fun.

but i'm sure this would require too much work for a patch for 2007, if it's feasible to do at all. chalk it up as a request for a future major release of OOTP!

Obviously, I'm a grahics guy, so I have to go with a windowed selection of jersey templates rather than the current scrolling tecnique.
