Historical sim crashes after 1968 series

I started simming a historical game starting in 1924 as commissioner using Layman. Every time I try to sim through the end of the 1968 series the game crashes.

This will be fixed in the patch. It is TT#3210.

The problem has to do with having the automatic expansion turned on but forgetting to turn on the expansion draft.
