3221 - Suggestion: Position changes during game

A suggestion:

When substituting a player within a game, could there be a way to "confirm" changes before they are accepted and thus appear in the box score?

Let's say I want to sub Player A with Player B in the line-up. Player A is in the game in RF. Player C is in LF. I want Player B to replace Player A in the line-up but at LF, not RF. Player C will stay in the line-up and move to RF.

If I move Player B on top of Player A, he defaults to RF. I then click the drop down to select "LF", which clears Player C from that position. I click the drop down for Player C to select RF and all is well -- except in the box score which shows Player B having been at both RF and LF.

I think I can get around this by first changing the position of the players involved to "-", but if I forget to do this, or make a mistake, the box score will reflect every position I select. Perhaps substitutions should be a break from the game -- you make the changes and then hit either a "CONFIRM" or "BACK TO GAME" button.

Thoughts?
