i cant to see what it looks like. it an important screen if you sim you games out .

i hope the AI use it well based on the talent they have on the team too.

Well, after a search didn't bring up much. Is there any way to elaborate on what strategies we will be able to employ for simming games? We all know the AI does some silly stuff. The more we can control, the better.

I don't think you will need to as I believe each team will have managers that already have their own tendencies.

But then maybe Markus also has it set up so you can if you want. Something I would guess only he could answer right now.
