Puerto Rico Logo

Long time lurker, irregular poster....

Does anyone have a logo I can use for a fictional team named the Puerto Rico El Caminos. Thanks in advance for any help.

Camino

I would give this one a shot, but I am softwareless for about a week...I did however find this image:

Also, roughly translated "El camino" means "The path" or "The way"...

UPDATE: its Monday and I have the logo's done, but I don't have internet access from home yet and I forget the floopy with the logo's there...I will have them (have 4 variations) tomorrow around lunch time on the East Coast...

#4 is very nice, too.

How do you do the logos so quickly?

How long does it take you to do the average logo?

Logo's

EC- It really depends on what needs to be done. Last night I worked on 6 images, 4 for the Camino's and 2 for the contest, and it took me about 1.5 hours. That doesn't include me sitting around thinking about what I want to do. (then again I drive 1 hour to work so I have a lot of thinking time)

But to get back to your quesiton...There are 5 steps in developing a logo.
1. Get an idea of what you want to do with the name/city
2. Find a picture, if required. I do this by going to logoserver and just google'n images.
3. Figure out what the image looks best with, cirlce, no circle, etc.
4. (in some cases) cut out parts of the image (found in step 2), ie. remove city name or add city name, etc.
5. Put the logo together.

Sometimes finding the logo or image to use with the logo is the toughest part, and sometimes once you find that logo you have to pick pieces out of it, and that can be really time consuming...and then sometimes just finding the right colors that work are hard to find.

So after a long winded explination, the answer would be, it depends. I can throw a logo together, from beginning to end in 30 minutes or it could take 2 hours to get everything just right...Now that I don't have the software at work, its just a matter of finding the time to sit at the computer at home, and with a wife and a puppy, sometimes that can be tough!

Hope that answers your question...
